We offer you a flexible and multifaceted job with varying tasks. The position as a social worker in the housing section includes investigating the right to assistance regarding housing, making assessments, making decisions according to the delegation order, placing individuals in both short-term placements per day and in apartments. We always strive to offer citizens the best service, and quality work is important within our operations. As an employee, you are expected to actively participate in the unit's work with development efforts such as goal setting, new working methods, and collaboration methods.

As an employee with us, you will be offered:

Experience working with housing issues and target groups such as individuals with mental health problems, substance abuse, criminality, social psychiatry, or those who have been subjected to violence in close relationships is advantageous. It is also a plus if you have a B driver's license.

Previous experience in public authority operations is an advantage. Knowledge of systems such as Lifecare and Digital Journal, as well as training in MI (motivational interviewing), is seen as beneficial.
